Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

If follow up is needed, please follow up by updating the original ticket.  Please do not reply to the confirmation email you receive, and please do not open a new ticket.  This just slows down the process because the email / new ticket has to be rerouted to the original manager.  As we're all volunteers, that may take hours or even a couple of days.  Thank you very much!
