For all membership enquiries, please Open a Ticket. You may wish to register first with us in order to monitor your ticket's progression through our system, or to check on your previous tickets in the future (this is optional however). VATSIM's Membership Department usually replies to your requests within 24 hours. Please be aware that this time may be extended for various reasons but we will endeavor to solve your problems/requests as soon as possible
